Aiyana turns 12 weeks old this coming Wednesday. Oh how time flies! She has been such a joy! I love how she smiles before I change her diaper and the way she looks at me before she starts to eat. I love it when she plays in her activity gym and grabs the giraffe's foot to put it in her mouth. I even love how she cries and I most especially like making her happy after I've helped her stop crying.
I now know how my mother felt when I was born. It's made me more aware of my relationship with her and how I might make her feel these days because I can now empathize.
I now understand how you could love someone more than yourself and more than you could ever imagine.
